NIVO Golden Ticket Competition T’s & C’s

1.By entering any NIVO Baby wipes competition you confirm acceptance of all these Terms and Conditions.

2. Any promotion displayed on the official NIVO baby wipes Facebook page is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Facebook. You understand that you are providing your information to the owner of the Facebook page and not to Facebook.

3. NIVO Baby Wipes competitions are open to the general public only excluding employees of NIVO Baby wipes / China Sourcing Pty Ltd and Pak N Save employees as well as any company associated with this competition.

4. To win the competition you must have bought at least 1 box of NIVO Baby Wipes from a participating retailer.

5. To receive the prize the person must go online to www.nivobabywipes.co.nz and complete the online entry form.

6. The entry form must contain your valid driver’s license name, email address, store purchased, Golden Ticket Number, Address and a photo of you and your ticket.

7. Only completed entries will be entered to collect the prize.

8. Winners will be notified via email once their ticket has been verified so as to start the delivery process.

9. NIVO Baby Wipes decisions on all matters regarding the competition are final and no correspondence will be entered into.

10. NIVO Baby Wipes reserves the right to extend, change or terminate this competition at any time.

11. The prize will be 10 boxes of our NIVO Baby wipes M.I. Free wipes.

12. NIVO Baby wipes prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash. NIVO Baby Wipes accepts no responsibility for any variation in the prize value.

13. NIVO Baby Wipes will not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for any personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with the competition or prizes except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.

14. No responsibility will be taken for lost, late or misdirected entries.

15. You must be a New Zealand resident to enter this competition.

16. NIVO Baby wipes are not responsible for the condition that the prizes arrive to the winner’s delivery address.

17. NIVO baby wipes will send all 10 boxes to the winner after a maximum of 3 weeks from ticket validation.

18. NIVO Baby wipes holds the right to cancel the prize if the validity of the ticket comes into question.
